Any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to suspension or revocation by the Town Manager for violation of any provision of this chapter for any grounds that would warrant the denial of issuance of such license in the first place. The Town Manager, upon such revocation or suspension, shall state the reasons for the action in writing specifying the particular grounds for such revocation or suspension. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Town Manager may appeal, in writing, within 30 days of such decision to the Board of Commissioners who shall hold a hearing to review the complaint at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
