(A) The license required under this chapter is annual and shall be valid for a period of 12 months as outlined in § 110.17 of the town code. Such license fees shall be due and payable in the same manner as prescribed for other business licenses issued by the town.
(B) All licenses shall be issued for a business conducted at a specific location and all fees shall be non-refundable. All licenses shall be non transferable to any person, partnership, corporation, association, or other entity.
