(A) Every application for a sexually oriented businesses license, whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license, shall be accompanied by a non-refundable application and investigation fee as enumerated in the consolidated fee schedule.
(B) Sexually oriented businesses shall be required to pay all applicable businesses and privilege license fees as outlined in Ch. 110.
