§ 112.17 ANNUAL BUSINESS LICENSE.
   (A)   The license required under this chapter is annual and shall be valid for a period of 12 months as outlined in Ch. 110. The license fees shall be due and payable in the same manner as prescribed for other privilege licenses issued by the town.
   (B)   Not less than 30 days prior to the expiration of a sexually oriented business license, a written application shall be submitted for license renewal.
   (C)   A license granted pursuant to this chapter shall be for a period of one year and shall be subject to annual review by the town. The licensee shall renew the license upon a finding by the town that the applicant has not been convicted of any specified criminal activity as defined within this chapter; committed any act during the existence of the previous license, which would be grounds to deny the initial license application; and has complied with and remains in compliance with all the terms and conditions of previous approval. The renewal of the license shall be subject to the payment of the fee as set forth in Ch. 110.
   (D)   The license required under this subchapter is annual and shall be valid for a period of 12 months as outlined in Ch. 110. The license fees shall be due and payable in the same manner as prescribed for other privilege licenses issued by the town.
   (E)   Any violation of the licensing provisions in this chapter will result in the denial of the renewal application.
   (F)   All licensees shall be issued for a business conducted at a specific location and all fees shall be non-refundable. All licenses shall be non-transferable to any person, partnership, corporation, association or other entity.
