§ 95.33 PERMITS.
   A person, firm, or corporation shall not maintain, store, or handle materials or conduct processes which produce conditions hazardous to life or property, or install equipment used in connection with the activities without first obtaining a permit from the fire official.
§ 95.34 SUMMARY ABATEMENT.
   The fire official shall have the authority to summarily abate any condition that is in violation of any provision of this code and that presents immediate fire hazard to life or property.
§ 95.35 APPEALS FROM DECISIONS OF FIRE OFFICIALS.
   Any person may appeal an order, decision, or determination of the fire official pertaining to the fire prevention code by filing written notice to the commission of insurance or their designee within ten days after the order, decision, or determination. A copy of the appeal shall be furnished to each party.
FIRE HYDRANTS AND AUTOMATIC ALARMS
§ 95.50 FIRE CONNECTIONS.
   All Fire Department connections and fire hydrants, as required by the fire official, shall be located on the street side of each building, unless otherwise indicated by the fire official, in an area accessible for Fire Department operations.
§ 95.51 AUTOMATIC ALARMS.
   The activation of a sprinkler system shall automatically cause the activation of both a local building alarm and a supervisory alarm at a 24-hour certified and licensed alarm monitoring service.
