(A) Created. As an alternative system of administration of parking violations, there is established, under the supervision and control of the Police Chief, a Traffic Violations Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "Bureau.")
(B) Location; supervision; hours of operation. The Bureau shall be conveniently located within the town's municipal buildings at 102 Town Hall Drive and the Police Chief or designee shall be in charge of the Bureau. The Bureau shall operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
