§ 70.24 RED SIGNAL WITH GREEN ARROW.

(A) Vehicular traffic facing a red traffic signal with a green arrow may cautiously enter the intersection only to continue the movement in the direction indicated by such arrow but shall not interfere with other traffic.

(B) No pedestrian facing such signal shall enter the roadway, unless he can do so safely and without interfering with any vehicular traffic.
