§ 52.15 WASTEWATER SYSTEMS LINE MAINTENANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY.
   The town's responsibility for maintenance of all town owned wastewater system lines shall begin and end at the street right-of-way, property line and/or town installed cleanout.
