§ 52.02 REGULATION OF FACILITIES WITH SUBSURFACE OR GROUND ABSORPTION METHODS OF DISCHARGE.
   To adequately protect the town water reservoir it is necessary that construction of septic tanks and other sources of pollution within the limits of the zone of depression be regulated as follows:
   (A)   No construction of septic tanks or nitrification fields or other possible sources of pollution shall be permitted within 500 feet horizontal distance of the edge of the town water reservoir;
   (B)   Between the distance of 500 feet and 1,200 feet from the edge of the town water reservoir, the number of septic tanks or nitrification fields shall be limited to no more than one field per 40,000 square feet.
