(A) Purpose. The Kill Devil Hills recycling drop-off center was established to maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment through the reduction of solid waste.
(B) Recycling materials/items. Residents, businesses and visitors of the town and such others that may be permitted to use this facility by separate action of the Board of Commissioners. A copy of the procedures and policies for use of the recycling center may be obtained from the Public Services Department and the Administration Department.
