§ 50.19 PLACEMENT AND PICK UP SCHEDULES.
   (A)   Placement. The placement of roll-out containers and dumpsters shall be determined by the Public Services Department and this chapter.
      (1)   For collection, roll-out containers shall be placed within two feet of the town's street rights- of-way on a schedule determined by the Town Manager as recommended by the Public Services Department. The property owner or resident shall remove the roll-out container or containers from within the street right-of-way following each collection.
      (2)   Each dumpster shall be located as designated on an approved site plan. When the need for a dumpster occurs after site plan approval, or due to the generation of waste beyond that which can be adequately contained in three roll-out containers, the location of the dumpster pad and dumpster shall be determined by the Public Services Department. No dumpster pad or dumpster shall be located within the public rights-of-way of the town, nor shall be serviced or collected from public rights-of-way.
   (B)   Schedule. Collection scheduled for residential and commercial sites shall be as follows:
      (1)   The Board of Commissioners shall establish, and may amend from time to time, a schedule for regular collection of refuse at all residential and commercial sites.
      (2)   Holiday collection schedules shall be established by the Town Manager upon recommendation by the Public Services Department.
