§ 50.18 USE OF WASTE CONTAINERS.

Waste containers as required by the town are intended for use by the property owner and any other person or persons in lawful possession of the premises where the container is located and the rubbish generated and none other. Any unauthorized use of any waste container in the town shall constitute a violation of the provisions of this chapter.
