§ 50.16 PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF WASTE CONTAINERS; DUMPSTER PAD REQUIRED.
   (A)   Requirement. Each property owner, prior to issuance of an occupancy permit by the Planning and Inspections Department, or upon purchase of property where no container for waste collection has been issued, shall purchase from the town a suitable waste container or containers which shall, upon purchase, belong to and become the responsibility of the property owner.
   (B)   Price. The price for the initial, additional or replacement container or containers shall be pursuant to the adopted fee schedule for the town.
   (C)   Delivery. The town will deliver the required waste container or containers prior to issuance of an occupancy permit or at the time the property is purchased and an application is made for a waste container. No occupancy permit shall be issued and no container shall be delivered until the price of such container or containers is paid to the town.
   (D)   Dumpster pads. Those properties requiring dumpsters shall construct a dumpster pad in accordance with the specification provided by the Public Services Department. Such pads shall be completed before the delivery of a dumpster or dumpsters and before the issuance of an occupancy permit.
