The chief village officer shall be the chief administrative position of the village of Kildeer and possess all of the functions, duties and authorities of the following positions:
Village administrator pursuant to section 1-20-3 of this title;
Building commissioner pursuant to section 1-10-2 of this title;
Zoning administrator pursuant to section 1-11-2 of this title; and
Director of public works pursuant to section 1-21-2 of this title. (Ord. 13-O-001, 3-19-2013)
