9-5-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum as set forth in Section 1-4-1 of this Code for each offense committed. (Ord. 83-O-362, 6-6-1983; amd. Ord. 95-O-707, 11-6-1995)
