Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this Village Code, in which no other penalty is set forth, shall be punished by a fine not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and a separate offense shall be deemed to have occurred on each day, or portion of a day, during which a violation occurs 1 .
