Any person, firm, corporation, association, or other legal entity violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00), nor more than the maximum as set forth in Section 1-4-1 of this Code for each offense, and each day that such violation shall occur or continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
