8-3-7: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have occurred on each day on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 05-O-936, 6-6-2005)
