Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined a sum as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code per occurrence. A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each and every day upon which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 09-O-1042, 6-2-2009)
