If it is determined during the construction of any improvements described in section 4-7-4 of this chapter that a drain tile will be affected, the permit recipient shall relocate or replace the tile to ensure:
A. There is no obstruction of the tile line.
B. The tile line will carry stormwater for the purpose for which it was intended. (Ord. 09-O-1042, 6-2-2009)
