A. Code Adopted: A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the village clerk, being marked and designated as the international fuel gas code, 2009, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the fuel gas code of the village of Kildeer, in the county of Lake, state of Illinois for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures, as provided herein, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said code on file in the office of the village of Kildeer are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section. B. Amendments To Code: The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
Section 101.1: Insert: "village of Kildeer".
Sections 106.5.2, 106.5.3: Insert section 4-2-2 of the village code.
