§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided herein, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subjected to 30 days imprisonment in a county jail or $500 fine, or both. In addition to the sentence that is imposed herein, the defendant shall make restitution to the town.
   (B)    Violations of § 53.06 will result in a $50 fine to the person or persons that violate that section.
