(A) Only a duly licensed plumber or an employee of the Public Works Water Department shall be permitted to do any work on any pipes of connections in any way connected to the town water supply.
(B) All plumbers shall be governed by state and town regulations that are currently in force or that may be hereafter adopted.
(C) No person, including, but not limited to, plumbers, property owners and tenants shall turn water on or off at curb stops unless they have received written permission from the town Finance Officer.
(D) In the case of an emergency water turn off, the town must be notified within three days of the turnoff.
