§ 53.17 REQUIRED CAPPING OF LINES.
   (A)   Any owner of property upon which any structure is removed, demolished or raised shall be responsible for capping any sanitary sewer lines and water lines. Said lines shall be capped at the point where the structure’s service line is tapped into the town main.
   (B)   The procedure for capping shall be approved by the Public Works Supervisor.
   (C)   All caps shall be inspected by the Public Works Supervisor before any trench being filled and compacted.
   (D)   A minimum of 24-hour notice shall be given for inspections.
