(A) Each plat will have its own service line. If 2 residences or buildings are located on the same plan each residence or building will have its own service line.
(B) Owners who lease or the person in whose name the account is registered, shall be responsible for water used in the premises.
(C) If more than 1 meter is placed on a service line, the meter closest to the curbstop shall be considered the master meter for billing and usage purposes.
