§ 53.10 WATER USERS OUTSIDE OF TOWN LIMITS.
   (A)   All users of water service supplied by the town waterworks outside the town limits, shall be governed by all rules, regulations and ordinances in effect with the town concerning the same, and shall be charged rates as determined by the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person living outside the town limits of the town, to connect to the Keystone water without a written contract with the town.
