§ 53.09 COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL USES DEFINED.
   (A)   COMMERCIAL USE. Includes but is not limited to, the following uses to wit:
      (1)   Retail stores, sales and display rooms and shops;
      (2)   Offices;
      (3)   Financial institutions;
      (4)   Eating and drinking establishments, including drive-in establishments;
      (5)   Personal service establishments;
      (6)   Business service establishments;
      (7)   Commercial, job and newspaper printing;
      (8)   Establishments offering repair services on items brought in by customers;
      (9)   Amusement and recreation establishments;
      (10)   Private business schools, studios and vocational schools;
      (11)   Private or public clubs and lodges;
      (12)   Any other store or shop for retail trade or rendering personal, professional or business service;
      (13)   Apartment buildings;
      (14)   Retail and distribution establishments, including the manufacture, compounding, processing, packaging or treatment of products for human consumption; sales and display rooms and lots, not including yards for storage of new or used building materials or yards for any scrap or salvage operations, or for storage or display of any scrap, salvage or secondhand materials;
      (15)   Hotels, motels, rooming and boarding houses and restaurants;
      (16)   Commercial recreational structures and uses, such as theaters, bowling alleys and pool rooms;
      (17)   Offices, studios, clinics and laboratories;
      (18)   Art galleries and museums;
      (19)   Business and vocational schools not involving operations of an Industrial character;
      (20)   Elementary or secondary schools, public or private;
      (21)   Libraries, museums and historical monuments or structures;
      (22)   Nursing homes or homes for the aged;
      (23)   Mobile home parks; and
      (24)   Automotive service stations.
   (B)   RESIDENTIAL USES. Includes any use not otherwise defined as a commercial use under § 53.09(A) or any use by a non-profit corporation or non-profit legal entity and such non-profit legal status is recognized under the Federal Internal Revenue Code.
