§ 53.05 INTERFERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS.
   Only employees of the town or members of a Fire Department shall open, take any water from, or in any way interfere with any public fire hydrant in the town. Fire hydrants shall be kept free of any obstruction that would limit a Fire Department’s access to the hydrant.
