§ 70.167 BUS LOADING AND UNLOADING ZONE.
   The commercial bus loading and unloading zone shall be the west bound lane of Swanzey Street to the immediate east of the Keystone Chamber of Commerce Building as appropriately marked by the Town of Keystone. Buses shall be required to travel on Highway 40 to the Third Street Bridge to access the west bound lane of travel. In no case shall the time for loading and unloading of passengers exceed 10 minutes.
