§ 151.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SUBDIVISION. The division of any tract or parcel of land into 2 or more lots, sites or other divisions for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of sale or building development, and includes re-subdivision.

§ 151.02 APPROVAL OF PLATS.
   The Town of Keystone is hereby authorized to review and approve all plats of any and all subdivisions within the town's boundaries.

§ 151.03 INSPECTION AND APPROVAL.
   Any person, partnership or corporation subdividing any real property within the corporate limits of the Town of Keystone, shall submit a preliminary plat to the Town Board in compliance with the Pennington County, South Dakota, ordinances regulating the planning and zoning of real property, for inspection and approval of the Town Board.

§ 151.04 COPIES.
   A copy of the proposed plat shall be filed with the town Finance Officer and shall be approved by the town's Engineer before the Town Board acts upon its approval.

§ 151.05 FEE.
   A fee of $150 shall accompany all proposed plats.
