§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, partnership or corporation that violates any provision of §§150.01 through 150.08 shall be punished by fine of not to exceed $100, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.

   (C)   Any person who shall be convicted of violating § 150.10 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
