§ 150.06 FEE FOR BUILDING PERMIT.
   (A)   The Town of Keystone adopts the following schedule, for purposes of establishing fees for the construction, alterations, removal demolition, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of buildings and structures under the certain building code which is known as the Uniform Building Code.

$4,210 for the first $500,000, plus $6 for each additional $1,000 to and including $1,000,000
$1,000,001 – and up
$7,210 for the first $1,000,000, plus $2 for each additional $1,000
 
   (B)   In the event an applicant commences blasting or work to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish a structure which would otherwise require the issuance of a permit under this chapter prior to the issuance of a permit, the applicant shall pay a fee 3 times the applicable fee set forth in Table 1-A, Building Permit Fees under § 150.06(B) but in no event less than $100. This additional fee shall not preclude the Town of Keystone from exercising other remedies as provided by state law or Town of Keystone ordinances.
   (C)   There shall be no refunds on building permit fees after 60 days from application.
