§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 131.16 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100.

   (C)   Any person violating §§ 131.12 through 131.14, may be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 or 30 days in jail, or both fine and imprisonment.
