(A) Indecent exposure. No person shall appear on any property owned, controlled or maintained by the Town of Keystone, in a state of nudity. NUDITY within the meaning of this section, shall be defined as showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks, with less than a full opaque covering, or the showing of the female breast, or any portion thereof below the top of the nipple, with less than a full opaque covering.
(B) Indecent act. No person shall commit any indecent, obscene or filthy act on any property owned, controlled or maintained by the Town of Keystone.
(C) Abatement. Operation of an establishment allowing violations of this section shall constitute a public nuisance and in addition to all other remedies provided herein, the Town Attorney may, by civil process, seek permanent abatement of the nuisance.
