§ 131.13 CARRYING LOADED GUN UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to carry a loaded firearm in a public place as defined above, within the municipal boundaries. It shall be unlawful for any person to recklessly discharge a firearm within the municipality.
