It shall be unlawful for any person to make any unauthorized connection, whether physically, electrically, acoustically, inductively or otherwise, with any part of the franchised CATV system within the town for the purpose of enabling anyone to receive any television signal, radio signal, picture sound or other transmission, without payment to the grantee.
