§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and for each day of violation or failure to comply may be punished by a fine not to exceed $200, imprisonment for a term of not to exceed 30 days, or both.
