(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) In addition to the abatement remedies prescribed in this section, any person convicted of being in violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.09 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $100, or imprisonment in jail not longer than 30 days, or both the fine and imprisonment.
