§ 92.09 REGULATING SIGNS, AWNINGS, CANOPIES AND MARQUEES.
   (A)   No signs, awnings, canopies, marquees or other encroachments of whatever nature will be permitted to exist in or overhang into the dedicated street from property line to property line, or on any street or federal highway, except as described below.
   (B)   On Winter Street from the intersection with Reed Street to approximately 300 feet north of Mitchell Street, signs, awnings, canopies and marquees, when attached to buildings or supports located on private property, may overhang to within 3 feet of the face of the curb provided there is no obstruction or interference with official traffic control devices.
