§ 92.06 BOARD PERMISSION FOR PARADES OR PUBLIC GATHERINGS ON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, organizations, clubs or institutions to hold or conduct any parade, meeting or public gathering on the streets or sidewalks of the town, without first obtaining permission so to do from the Board of Trustees.
