The Town of Keystone, with respect to streets and alleys under its jurisdiction, may place signs prohibiting, restricting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on any street or alley, where, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, as evidenced by resolution, entered into in its minutes, stopping, standing or parking is not in the best interest of the public and/or the municipality. The signs shall be official signs and no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle in violation of the restrictions stated on the signs.
