§ 70.121 VEHICLE EQUIPMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle on any street or highway within this town, unless the vehicle is equipped in accordance with all state laws governing vehicles, or to fail to use the equipment as required by the laws, or to use any equipment contrary to the laws.
