Any person who drives a vehicle within the limits of the town in such a manner that creates or causes unnecessary engine noise, tire squeal, skid or slide upon acceleration or stopping, or that stimulates a temporary race, that causes the vehicle to unnecessarily turn abruptly or sway, shall be guilty of the misdemeanor of exhibition driving.
