§ 70.002 APPLICATION TO PERSONS PROPELLING PUSHCARTS, RIDING ANIMALS, AND THE LIKE.
   The provisions of this section shall apply to the drivers of all vehicles owned or operated by this state or any county, town or other political subdivision of the state, subject to the specific exceptions as are set forth in this section.
