In order to carry, out the purposes and provisions of this chapter, the city is hereby divided into the following districts:

R-4 Two-family Dwelling District
R-5 Multiple-family Dwelling District
R-6 Federal, State Housing District
Business Districts
B-1 Business District, Limited Retail
B-2 Business District, General Retail
B-3 Business Services and Wholesale District
Manufacturing Districts
M-1 Manufacturing District, Limited
M-2 Manufacturing District, General
