(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any mobile home on any street or other public place, or on any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or unoccupied within the city except as provided by the city code.
(B) Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted on any street for no longer than three hours, subject to any other and further prohibitions, regulations, or limitations imposed by the traffic and parking regulation for that street; subject to the ordinances and parking regulation of the city.
