§ 152.01 ADOPTION OF STATE STATUTE BY REFERENCE.
   As authorized by Illinois Compiled Statutes (50 ILCS 220/2) the Mobile Home Park Act (210 ILCS 115) and the State of Illinois Department of Public Health Division of Environmental Health Code 77 ILL. CODE 860 are adopted by reference. The City Clerk will maintain at least three copies of these codes in the office of the Clerk and there kept available for public use, inspection, and examination.
