Certain documents, three copies of both of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the city being marked and designated as the "International Building Code", current edition, and the "International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings", current edition, both as published by the International Code Council, and both are hereby adopted as the Building Code of the city; for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Building Code, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in the City Code, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 150.017.
