§ 32.026 BOND.

Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Commissioner of Accounts and Finances shall execute a bond in the form prescribed by law in the penal sum of $3,000, with sureties to be approved by the judge of the county court. Said bond shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk.
