§ 119.22 BOOKS AND REGISTER TO BE KEPT; REPORTS.
   (A)   The City Sealer shall keep a book provided for that purpose wherein he shall enter and cause to be preserved the transactions and affairs of his office. The Sealer shall also keep a register of all inspections made and weights and measures stamped or sealed, the date thereof, the name of the owner, the nature or kind of weights or measures and all the money received for each such inspection, examining, stamping or sealing. All inspections, examinations, stamping and sealing and work done by his assistants, shall be approved by the City Sealer, and shall be entered in the records herein provided for.
   (B)   The City Sealer shall make a monthly report of the transactions and affairs of his office, and submit the same to the City Council at its first regular meeting in the month, and shall make an annual report to the Council at its first regular meeting in each year showing fully and in detail all the transactions and affairs of his office. The Sealer shall make such other and further reports touching the duties of his office as the Council may from time to time.
